Reservations

Do you have a question?
Absolutely. ABC Car rentals offers an online booking system.  Just select your dates, select the car you wish and complete the booking process. The rental car of your choice will be waiting for you when you on  your arrival on Rhodes.
Is there a credit card required for a reservations?
A credit card is not required for the reservation as there are other options available for payment such as Paypal or Direct bank deposit. A valid credit card is required though for your car rental as guarantee. Alteratevely, If a credit card is not available you can select the Full Damage Waiver (FDW) option for your rental, where only a small deposit will be requested from you upon pick-up that can be paid in cash.
Will my credit card be charged when I make a reservation?
That depends on the payment method you choose. Your credit or debit card will be charged imminently after completing the online reservation if selecting Paypal as checkout method.
Can I change or edit my reservation?
Please use the Contact Us form in order to inform us for any changes on your reservation. Please do so at least 72 hours before your rental date.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation at any time. Please read our Terms and Coditions page for detailed information about our cancellation policy.

Car Rental Requirements

What is the minimum age for renting a car?
The minimum age of the renter depends on the car category. It spans from 21 to 24 years of age and beeing a holder of a valid driving lisence for at least one year.
What proof of ID do I need in order to rent a car?
All drivers (including any additional drivers) have to present a valid driver’s license. No additional documents needed.
How long do I need to have held my driver’s license for to rent with ABC Car Rentals?
In order to rent a car you must have a driving lisence for at least one year.
Do you require a deposit to rent a car?
All rentals must be pre-paid. In case of long term rentals, the rent total can be split into monthly payments.

Payment Options

Can I pay with cash?
Absolutely. You can pay with cash, credit card or direct bank deposit. For online or phone bookings a deposit via credit card, paypal or bank tranfer must be made in advance.
What credit cards does ABC Rentals Accept?
ABC Car Rentals accepts all major credit cards like VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience with ABC Rentals! First off, we were offered an upgraded vehicle at no cost. The guys were super friendly, the car was incredibly clean, and we started off with a full tank of gas. We ended up wanting to add a day to our rental and they accommodated us with no problem, just requesting that we stopped by the office some time during opening hours to pay for the additional day. Even more, when we we returned the car that evening, my boyfriend forgot to take off the house key for our Airbnb from the key chain and did not realize it until we got back to the apartment around 103.0pm. The guys at ABC still answered the phone after hours and contacted someone in the area who could come and retrieve the key for us. With the amazing customer service plus good prices for well kept vehicles, I would 100% recommend ABC to anyone hoping to rent a car in Rhodes!!
